Our Process

Our Process:

  • Scheduling a Consultation: When a potential client is interested in your services, they initiate the process by either calling your office or scheduling an online consultation. During this initial contact, an office manager will briefly discuss the client's project to get an understanding of their needs.
  • Follow-Up by a Sales Representative: A sales representative follows up 24 hours before the scheduled estimate to confirm the appointment and ensure that the client is prepared for the estimate process.
  • Estimate: The sales representative conducts the estimate, providing the client with a detailed assessment of the project's scope and cost. They may answer any immediate questions the client has. After the estimate, there's another 24-hour follow-up to address any further questions or concerns.

  • Scheduling and Pre-Job Walkthrough: Once the client decides to proceed and signs the agreement, a project manager takes over. They schedule a day for a pre-job walkthrough to ensure that all project details align with the proposal. This step is crucial to guarantee accuracy and avoid any misunderstandings.
  • Project Commencement: On the scheduled start day, the project manager oversees the beginning of the project. They communicate with the crew and ensure that everything gets off to a smooth start. They also conduct a mid-stop-in or a phone call with both the client and the crew leader to address any questions or concerns that may have arisen.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Throughout the project, the project manager stays involved, making sure the work is progressing as planned. This includes checking in with the client and crew leader to ensure everyone is on the same page.

  • Evening Walkthrough: At the end of each workday, the project manager conducts an evening walkthrough to ensure that everything is tidy, safe, and on track. This attention to detail maintains the quality of the project.
  • Project Completion: Once the job is complete and meets the company's high standards, the project manager arranges a final walkthrough with the client. They review the completed work, addressing any concerns or issues. If the client is satisfied, both parties sign off on a quality checklist.
  • Finalizing Payment: After the walkthrough and client approval, the project manager collects payment, thanks the client, and shakes their hand as a sign of a job well done.
